Mastermind groups offer a combination of brainstorming, education, peer accountability and support in a group setting to sharpen your business and personal skills. A mastermind group helps you and your mastermind group members achieve success. Members challenge each other to set strong goals, and more importantly, to accomplish them.

Mastermind group facilitators start and run groups. They help the group to dive deeply into discussions, and work with members to create success — as each member defines it. Facilitators are the secret to thriving mastermind groups. I’ve seen plenty of groups fail because of poor leadership.

Every month we will be meeting on the first Monday unless it falls on a holiday. The only holiday we see it falling on is Labor Day, 2021, for which we have already scheduled that to be the first Tuesday. We will hold the Mastermind Calls for those who are committed to joining in the entire year at 10 am CST. We will open up the Mastermind Calls for other rental pros each month and those will be capped at 15 people per call. Those times will be held at 12 pm CST and 7 pm CST. 

We'll be sure to connect with everyone before the call to assure the time we have you slotted in.

For our annual plans, registration will close on October 4th, 2020 at 11:59 pm CST. 

For our monthly subscribers, registration will close for each month the Sunday night before class at 11:59 pm CST. 

Of course! We totally understand that there will be certain topics that interest you and some that don't. We know that every topic would be great for you to join in on, however, if you just want to join specific ones, just let us know by emailing us at [email protected] .

I believe that you put in what you want to get out of this group. The Mastermind call itself will last around 2 hours each month and if you choose to add on coaching with one of the plans or in addition, that adds on an additional hour monthly. 

I would recommend spending an hour or two after our sessions to apply what you learned and have been challenged with to your business. In all, I would say you have 2-6 hours per month of work to put in!

When we have our Mastermind calls, they will be recorded. I will download the video call and then upload it to our portal within your student portal. You'll receive an email the day after our Mastermind and in between each monthly call, I'll be there to encourage you and keep you accountable!

Coaches add value to your life and the decisions you make as a business leader. You have someone who gets it and is currently walking the same path as you, just a few steps ahead. 

I get it! When you feel like everything is going well and success is found, we think we might not need someone to coach us. Just like when we start taking an anti-biotic for a sickness, sometimes we stop taking it when we feel better (maybe I'm the only one?). 

Being apart of a group of people who encourage you and learn with is always a good decision no matter what stage of business you're in. Currently, I (Cam) still has a business coach and therapist she sees regularly because she knows the benefits and value of having people a little bit further down the road to encourage, push, and inform me on what the next best decisions may be.
